Creating IOT Product-Service-Systems

The session was kicked off by our 3 experts leading the workshop; Tine Peeters (Studio Dott.), Christophe Bonduelle (AE) and Dries De Roeck (Studio Dott.)
During their intro, they explained that IoT isn't just about technology and it's more than just a product with an app. The participants didn't have to take their word for it. They could find out for themselves using an IoT service kit & ideation cards!

after being divided into small groups, our members & partners were offered two fictional cases to work on the different aspects of the ideation process:

• Formulate the challenge question
• Construct the context & story
• structure a solution
• turn it into a storyboard
• present your solution to the other teams
