The number of participants was a little bit lower for this second session but judging by the interest and enthousiasm of those who were there you would have thought that Crossroad Consulting was housing all ADM members at once!

Those who were expecting an workshop where you would have to actively participate got exactly what they asked for! After a short introduction by Tine and Jürgen on the different techniques used in designing a service (User Centered, Co Creation, Sequencing, Evidencing, Holistic), the participants were put to the test. 

Using a case on insurances, every group was given 5 small assignments to complete. Each one represented one phase of successfully designing a service.

From Mechelen Main Station, take bus nr 9 (Platform 15 in front of the station). After 12 stops you arrive at "Mechelen Campus 1". The Schaliënhoevedreef is 200 m walking from there.
