Service design thinking: designing the customer experience (2)

Members only
Dsc04641 800X533

The number of participants was a little bit lower for this second session but judging by the interest and enthousiasm of those who were there you would have thought that Crossroad Consulting was housing all ADM members at once!

Those who were expecting an workshop where you would have to actively participate got exactly what they asked for! After a short introduction by Tine and Jürgen on the different techniques used in designing a service (User Centered, Co Creation, Sequencing, Evidencing, Holistic), the participants were put to the test.

Using a case on insurances, every group was given 5 small assignments to complete. Each one represented one phase of successfully designing a service.

If you’d like to take a look at the presentation of Jürgen and Tine on Service Design Thinking or the templates used during the workshop, you can download them in the related documents tab. Please note: These documents are for members only. To view/download them; please log in.
