Those who were expecting an workshop where you would have to actively participate got exactly what they asked for! After a short introduction by Tine and Jürgen on the different techniques used in designing a service (User Centered, Co Creation, Sequencing, Evidencing, Holistic), the participants were put to the test.
Using a case on insurances, every group was given 5 small assignments to complete. Each one represented one phase of successfully designing a service.
