During the Circle of new insights, our participants each formed their own takeaways and insights. The topics couldn't vary more than tonight: from dresscodes to developing a carreer plan, from assertivity to advice on a very specific case.
Everyone went home with their own insights, but something stood out. During these digital times, communicating and focussing on the human aspect are ever so important. Being clear, staying in contact with others and connecting are the takeaway of the evening, for our younger generation as well as the experienced managers.
