Become a better networker
At ADM, we know networking is a key part of business. Although some people are naturally outgoing, which helps them be a good networker, nearly everyone can use some tips and tricks to become better.
The thought of going to a networking event is a real nightmare for a lot of people. Even the idea of being in a room full of strangers, having to step out of their comfort zone and talking to an unknown is enough to make them sweat.
So we invited Filip Verstraete from BDO to share his 25 tips and tricks for effective networking.

- Write some words on the business for follow up purposes
- Don’t get the drinks so you can continue to have those conversations

A final thought
Focus on meaningful connections when networking. Through the conversation identify people you naturally connect with and who represent for your ideal customer, prospect or contact.
It is better to have one single meaningful connection that is valuable than a number of insignificant connections you never quite feel comfortable following up with down the road anyway.
