Mentorship Program

The ADM Mentorship Program offers young professionals the unique opportunity to learn from experienced leaders from other companies within the ADM community.
In this process, the mentor and mentee form a duo that works together on professional and personal growth.

Who?

This program is designed for:

• Mentees : young high potentials or entry-level managers working at an ADM partner company.
• Mentors : experienced leaders (C-level or senior managers) with broad expertise and a desire to share knowledge and experience.

Goal?

Mentoring at ADM is a relationship-oriented process in which an experienced professional (the mentor) provides guidance, advice and support to a high potential (the mentee). The goal? To help mentees confidently navigate their careers, gain new insights, and strengthen their network.
