This Privacy Statement governs the processing of your personal data as part of your use of our website (www.adm.be) and the services we offer. 3.1 What personal data do we process?

ADM vzw will only process your identification data (first name, last name, phone number, email address, etc.) to communicate via email, bpost, the contact form on the website, or directly with one of our employees when we contact you by phone. 3.2.1 Organization and promotion of ADM activities and programs

As part of the organization and promotion of the Association’s activities and programs, ADM vzw may process and publish the names and testimonials of members who participate in sessions.

3.2.2 Billing and administration

ADM vzw collects billing and administrative data to fulfill its administrative obligations, such as billing for services rendered to customers or maintaining our legally required accounting records. ADM vzw is legally obligated to retain this personal data for seven years.

3.2.3 Recruitment and applications

As part of our recruitment efforts, we collect data from people who apply to us, either spontaneously or otherwise. This can include applications via www.adm.be, LinkedIn messages, emails, or other clear actions where an applicant indicates their interest in applying.

This personal data will be deleted within six months of the application if the applicant is not hired. If the applicant is hired, this data will be included in the personnel file and retained for five years after the termination of the employment contract.

When you register for an event, ADM vzw will process your identification data to finalize your registration. This data will only be used for the purpose of this event. Photos may also be taken at events for which you have registered. This is solely for the purpose of capturing the atmosphere of the event.
