The ability to adapt quickly has become more important than ever. This agility is therefore a priority in today's companies. Development can make all the difference in an organization's agility, growth strategy, and competitiveness. Learning opportunities are used not only to upskill or retrain existing staff but also to attract new candidates. Through further training, employees can not only increase their productivity but also (re)invent processes that stimulate innovation within the existing organization.

Beyond the school desks

A thirst for learning extends beyond the classroom. Many top CEOs disliked school and didn't even finish their academic careers. Yet, they still prioritize a learning mindset.

Development goes beyond traditional training. The content and methods of learning must be tailored to the context and the employees' needs. On-the-job training , personal development, and soft skills are also valuable. Internal knowledge sharing among employees can also be very useful; it's easily accessible and facilitates cross-pollination.
