After a discussion in smaller groups about the Why, the What and the How of organising a youth programme, participants came to a lot of interesting conclusions (which you can read here).
After an open and interactive conversation, they also came up with a lot of ideas for ADM (we’ve got ideas for the next 10 years!) but they also learned from each other’s experiences.
The competition was on when they were challenged to build the highest tower, using only spaghetti and marshmallows! (see film below)
