Ronnie Leten: Why continue to invest in Belgium as a global company? A case: Atlas Copco

The €22 billion man

He was proclaimed Manager of the Year 2013 by Trends at the start of this year. A dream profile for kicking off the new ADM working year! Ronnie talked very passionately about his company, Atlas Copco. Why is a production company like this still investing so much in Belgium, even though labour costs are 15% higher here? You can read the answer in this blog post, or watch the video here. Eric Van Zele, Manager of the Year 2012, sat in the front row approvingly. This is a nice tradition for Managers of the Year; as soon as the Manager for 2014 is announced, you know who the next ADM guest speaker will be.

There was an enjoyable chat over a drink and a bite to eat afterwards, in a lovely location made available by HP – long-standing active member and partner of ADM. So yes, the new working year kicked off in style. Hope to see you at one of our events soon.
