Enthusiastic ADM members reinventing their work
"Culture eats Strategy for breakfast" and "Structure eats Culture for dinner" were just a few of the many quotes used during our final event of the year. Those who were present at the session on Reinventing Work could concur that it was a great success.

A lot of smiling faces were spotted at San Marco Village during our final event of this ADM year. "Being fully present is the best guarantee for a bright future!" With that quote, our Program Manager, Kim Oostvogels (Möbius) kicked off the intensive session. Those who were expecting a casual session where they could sit down and just listen were in for a surprise. During his presentation Kim used a very practical and approach (e.g. roll-plays and other exercises) to guide our members through the different types of organisational structures.
After this very practical segment Kim cleared the way for our next speaker; Jan Laurijssen (SD Worx). During his presentation on the transformation of work, Jan told us more on how to proceed in a world with robotising jobs, demographic evolutions, individualisation of working relationships and where old business models get challenged by new kids on the block etc.
To round up the session, Koen Pellegrims (Flow Pilots) took to the stage to tell the fascinating story of his company. During this very honest and authentic presentation Koen shared the successes ànd the struggles that allowed Flow Pilots to grow from a small organisation consisting of three employees and no office to a strong company with 20 employees and an office space in the heart of Antwerp overlooking the city.
