Great turn-out for first ADM session of 2016 with Ruben Schaubroeck!
On 13 January we kicked off the new year at ADM with the first ADM Foyer. More than 130 participants made the trip down to "De Jachthoorn" to listen to the presentation of Ruben Schaubroeck (Partner at McKinsey).
Those who made it to the beautiful rustic "Zuilenzaal" at Afspanning De Jachthoorn in Kontich were certainly not disappointed. Our chairman Jan De Schepper kicked off the new year with a short presentation to set the tone for Ruben Schaubroeck. Today's focus must lie on a new set of skills that we need for the future: "Sense-making", "Figure it out", "Digital and Media Communication" and "Human Cloud."
After this introduction, our main speaker Ruben Schaubroeck (partner at McKinsey) took to the stage to talk about "Digital Disruption." In this presentation he gave us insights on which technologies will impact our way of doing business ánd our private lives in the near future. Ruben focussed on 4 areas to further explain Digital Disruption: Mobile internet, IoT, automation of knowledge work and Cloud Technology.
