After a short introduction by our General Manager, Ingrid Hoffman, we immediately gave the stage to our main speaker, Isabel De Clercq. During the first part of her speech she guided us through all the great social technologies that are available to businesses nowadays. You can truly take your business to a higher level when you use the right technologies internally ànd externally.
However, during the second part of her presentation Isabel made an important point: it's not just as simple as implementing some social technologies. It requires a difficult and serious cultural change in your organisation in order to get everyone on board and, most of all, get them to use those technologies in the way you intend them to.
