During the “Think Tank Leadership: Increase Your Leadership Potential” session in March, participants, together with their working group, determined one or more concrete action points to strengthen their leadership potential. Those action points are the focus of this follow-up session.

We will discuss the experiences during the implementation:

  • What worked well?
  • What challenges did we encounter?
  • What insights and lessons did this yield?

By sharing experiences and reflecting together, we strengthen each other in realizing our action points and in further developing our leadership potential. This session offers space for in-depth exploration, mutual inspiration, and concrete takeaways to work with. Participants can expect an open, interactive exchange focusing on learning from each other and translating insights into practice.
