MyGov.be, the revised rules regarding eIDAS & EUDIW: Belgian State of Play

The regulations surrounding eIDAS (Electronic Identification, Authentication and Trust Services) were recently revised. New obligations are being introduced, such as the European Digital Identity Wallet (EUDIW).

What impact does this have on you and your organization? That is precisely why the FPS BOSA is organizing this interactive information session on June 4. As ADM, we strongly support this and want as many organizations as possible to receive the right information and tools to correctly apply the updated regulations.

The obligations arising from the revised eIDAS regulations, such as the EUDIW, will have a major impact in the coming years on how digital identities, data exchange, and trust services are organized, both at the European level and in Belgium.

The FPS BOSA is therefore offering you a 'State of Play' session with a clear explanation of eIDAS 2.0, the European Digital Identity Wallet - MyGov.be, and remote signing. We will explain what the FPS BOSA is concretely working on today and how Belgium is tackling the roadmap.

What functionalities are offered? What role will the government play? How is interoperability guaranteed? How do you integrate the MyGov.be wallet into existing systems and services? How do you implement the signature service? What is the timing and roadmap for Belgium?
