The ADM Mentorship Program offers young professionals the unique opportunity to learn from experienced leaders from other companies within the ADM community.
In this program, mentor and mentee form a duo that works together on both professional and personal growth.

Every mentor is part of the exclusive partner community within ADM and has accumulated tons of expertise, talent, and wisdom during their career. Our mentors are eager to share this knowledge with a mentee.

The program runs for 6 to 12 months, during which you:

  • builds a unique relationship with your mentor;
  • can hold real, open and honest conversations;
  • can learn from each other, both you from your mentor and your mentor from you;
  • discovered the power of networks (and of ADM).

The Kickoff

During the kickoff event, we are inviting the duos from the previous edition (2025-2026) along with the current mentors and mentees. It promises to be an evening full of new connections and engaging conversations. What can you expect?
