Saskia Van Uffelen has been working in the ICT and telecom business for over 25 years. She has been appointed 'Digital Champion' for Belgium at the European Commission. Saskia is a role model: as a top manager and digital ambassador, but also as a female entrepreneur who combines a busy job with a family of five children. Saskia advocates for a new way of working in which the qualities of all generations – from baby boomers to Gen Z – are fully utilized.
Annic Bosmans
CEO Randstad Group Belgium
Annic Bosmans is CEO of Randstad Group Belgium and a vocal advocate for an inclusive and fair labor market. With a career that started in 1997 as a consultant at Interlabor Interim, part of Randstad, and gradually grew into a leadership position, she knows better than anyone how important it is to be given opportunities and to dare to seize them.
She believes that every talent counts, but that not everyone gets the same start. Driven by this conviction, she is committed to removing barriers and building workplaces where people can truly grow.
