About this session

The ADM Y-board organizes this unique event tailored to every young professional seeking answers to their career path questions! Every professional younger than 37 is welcome!

With this session we aspire to showcase the various paths you can take to direct your career towards success. We will hear from four seasoned professionals who have taken very different paths when shaping theirs. They will be elaborating on their lessons learned and impart insights on how and why they made their choices.

You will have the opportunity to engage with them directly and get their answers on your burning career path questions.

She began her career in 1996 as a test engineer at Banksys. She stayed through all the mergers and evolutions and continued to climb the company's ladder all the way to the top of Worldline.

Bram Couwberghs, Oracle

After his first job as a legal advisor at a bank, he explored everything the defense industry has to offer. Both at home and abroad, he held positions ranging from military officer in the Belgian defence to vice president of defense & defense industry at Oracle.

Olivier Malherbe, ClearMedia

An entrepreneur to the bone, he set up his first company straight out of school. Today, ClearMedia has been acquired by Proximus and, along with all of his other ventures, is fully thriving.

Liliane Verreyen is a seasoned senior manager totaling over 30 years of work experience. She assumed different roles in both private and public organizations.
