This MS Teams-session by Jeff De Graef and Lieven Everaerts (specialists Intelligent Workplace at NTT) was a ‘hands-on-line’ event. And yes everbody is intuitively using different platforms meaning we all learn on-the-spot and there is always a colleague that – in our opinion – knows much more about it than we do…
The number of participants at this event is proof of the agility people show when they are in crisis.
Some Figures

- As a consequence ‘Teams’-users increased from 32 MIO on March 11 to 44 MIO on March 18.
- Cisco Webex also knew an increase of 700% in adoption.
