Being a diverse organization means investing in young talent. We want to involve young professionals in the organization of ADM, give them opportunities to build a strong network and allow them to learn from the experience and from each other.
The Y-board is a group of young potentials (-35) from our partner companies who are highly involved in ADM. They give advice, offer support and bring in fresh ideas, and make sure that ADM is future fit!
