Big ADM Engagement at the Employee Advocacy session

On 24 November Business Faculty was our operating base for the info session on Employee Advocacy. Those who were present will agree that it was definitely worth the trip to the Brussels area. Using different cases, the speakers from RealDolmen, BBDO and Microsoft explained what it means to be a brand advocate.

Mic Adam kicked off the session by setting the scene and explaining what Employee Advocacy is. With the help of our live tool, Presenterswall, the participants were immediately asked to actively participate in the session and answer questions concerning the session.

Johnny Smets (RealDolmen) was the first to take the stage after Mic. In a short but powerful presentation he explained that by taking a few internal steps RealDolmen is rallying its 1400 employees around the topic of pride (#RDPROUD).

It's not surprising that BBDO has claimed the Agency of the Year Merit Award. Two representatives of the Advertising Agency, Stefan Ceunen and Laura Deknock, explained how they use Smarpshare to fuel their own employee advocacy (#bbdoproud).

For years Microsoft is considered to be a leader when it comes to Employee Advocacy. In the past few years, Microsoft has invested very strongly in innovating their services. During her presentation, Leentje Chavatte told us how Microsoft manages the "sparkles" that those innovations have caused both internally and externally.
