ADM - Where Business and ICT meet

ADM board member Martine Tempels, elected “ICT Woman of the Year”

Martine Tempels, Sr. Vice-President Telenet for Business and Member of the ADM Board was elected “ICT Woman of the Year”.

After the readers of DataNews voted her in the top 3 shortlist, a professional jury elected Martine as the 2012 “ICT Woman of the Year” because of her professionalism, visibility in the market, networking skills and her efforts to attract youngsters and/or women in the ICT business. Martine succeeds Saskia Van Uffelen from Bull.

For the first time DataNews elected a “Young ICT Lady of the Year”, aimed at women under 30, who iin spite of their young age already have a proven track record and a professional view. Virtually all 60 candidates had very convincing dossiers, so the jury had a tough job selecting the top 3. In the end DataNews readers voted Microsoft’s Karlien Vanden Eynde to be the first “Young ICT Lady of the Year”.

If you know that the current “CIO of the Year” is Sabine Everaet from Coca Cola, we’re sure you will want to join us in congratulating three great women from the ADM network!

Immediately after the award ceremony, Eric Van Bael congratulated Martine on behalf of the ADM Board :
