An interesting, fun, active and permanent way to learn about a wide range of issues in IT
For people seeking to play an active role in the corporate world, becoming a member of ADM is a way to acquire fast, new insights in business-ICT alignment and to share experience with like-minded others. It is a structured way of sharing knowledge in a spontaneous way. In a society that continues to build up knowledge, this is extremely important. The more people you meet and exchange ideas with, the better that is for your personal development and for your business.
As a manager, I have always seen membership of ADM as an investment (both in terms of time and money) in people. At ADM, people come together around issues they are personally involved with or about which they are keen to know more. It is an interesting, fun, active and permanent way to learn.
The activities organised by ADM are of considerably high quality. The participants get the opportunity to be actively involved and thus represent real added value for other members and for ADM. I see it as one of ADM’s best achievements that people of different schooling, background and level come into contact with one another. ADM functions here as a catalyst of cocreation.
Ludo Wijckmans was one of the founding fathers of ADM in 1998. During 12 years contributed actively to the growth and succes of the organisation. Between 2001 and 2008 he acted as Chairman of the Board. When he left the board in 2011 he nominated Honorary Member of ADM in recognition of his work for and his dedication to ADM.
