Reflections of members of the Service Management working group (2009-2010).

This most recent ADM paper contains the reflections of members of the Service Management working group from the previous working year (both from the viewpoint of the “providers” and that of the “customers”). It covers topics such as:

  • the value of Service Management to the business
  • the impact of good governance
  • good contract management
  • the important of processes
  • not to be ignored: change management
  • trends for the future

This is not a paper in the style of “now we are going to tell you how it should be”. Rather it will provide practical and useful considerations from a lot of people who know what they are talking about when it comes to Service Management.
