Consequently, the ADM working group 'Legal Counsel' - with the help of Kristof De Vulder (Partner DLA Piper) drafted a paper with 10 practical guidelines for lawyers reviewing, drafting and negotiating ICT contracts. These guidelines are drafted using very understandable wording, making them equally suitable for non-lawyers and, in general, a useful and practicable tool for all.
