Are you ready and able?

Social media seem to be everywhere these days. They have become a hot topic within companies and are proving to be more than just a trendy way of communicating with others. Many of our members want to start using social media but are still hesitant. Others have already taken the first steps but may not have obtained the results they were hoping for. Partly because they do not know, underestimate or misjudge the possibilities of the different social media tools. The demand for clear guidelines for using social media has never been as pressing as it is today.

Content of this track

For a business context

The main objective of this Social Media programme track is to help business managers understand the possibilities and limitations. It covers:

  • awareness of the different types of social media
  • benefits and pitfalls
  • different possibilities
  • how to use them in a business context
  • social media management

In 2012 this track will offer hands-on sessions on how to work with social media tools.
