We do projects and build applications to support the strategic vision of our organization on how to cope with these and other changes. We implement rigid project management methodologies and rich project management offices.
Why then do some projects fail? Why then do some applications not support the change we want to see? Why then do some people not follow our reasoning? Why then is planned change such a challenge?
This track is not about change management as an IT service management discipline. This track is about the people factor in planned change.
