Innovation is what keeps your company going. Without innovation it might slowly die. So many managers end up asking themselves the same questions over and over again: “Am I being sufficiently innovative? And if so, how does it fit into my business plan? And if not, what can I do about it?”

Content of this track

Power and ideas

The Innovation programme track aims to give managers an answer to these questions. It offers:

  • insights into how to stimulate an innovative mindset

  • methods for managing ideas within your company

  • ideas on how to fit innovation into your business plan

Participants who think they lack innovative power and ideas have the opportunity to discuss other members’ approaches to discover how these may be applied to their own problems. A visit to a Belgian innovation centre can also show business people what innovation can offer them.
