Background

Reality instead of theory

There are many project management methods, but they all seem to converge on one common best practice. The different flavours – such as PRINCE2, PMBOK and others – will suit everyone's personal tastes. In the end, however, managing successful projects is not about whether you use, do not use or abuse a method. It is the way you implement your projects that will determine whether they are a success or not.
